Wii like Wiis to play WoW.

Sorry for the stupid title. I’m not really good at fitting the word “Wii” into my insanely stupid titles. I’m barely good at making titles. That’s how sad I am. Anyways… my brother sent me a really sweet assed video from YouTube. It’s of some guy, who looks like he’ll kill your ass if you look at him funny, who makes his Wiimote do wonderful things. These wonderful things include playing World of Warcraft with the Wiimote. And how much cooler can you get in one video?

Observe, will you?

So… as you can see, he obviously used his Wiimote to play games on his Mac. If you can do it on a Mac, then you can definitely do it with a PC. Because PCs are obviously far better than Macs, right? RIGHT? Okay… they’re like the same… If you can play WoW on both of them, what else do you need in life?

Do you know what this software means for us adventure gamers? Well, it means that we can already play Sam and Max, Dreamfall or Monkey Island with a Wiimote… it’s almost like playing it on the Wii! No more Wii developers! Just Wiimotes! WIIMOTES EVERY WHERE. If you can use the Wiimote as a mouse, you can do anything your little heart desires. You can even do stuff like make obscene pictures in Photoshop. Oh… I am so hooking this Wiimote up to my computer. It will be so awesome.

You know what’s even better about this whole thing? You don’t even need a Wii to get your Wiimote to work on your computer. All you need is one of these nifty little Wiimote sensors that work using battery power. Since the Wii is only used as the Wiimote sensor’s power, the Wii is essentially not needed. Sweet monkeys.

And as an aside… apparently you don’t even need the Wiimote Sensor Bar to actually play the Wii. All you need is some remote controls. Watch this!
