Video Games Live and Tim Schafer …

Tim Schafer never fails to crack me up. Everytime I take a look at his Double Fine Action News page, there is always something funny/retarded on there.

And that… well.. that entertains me. A lot.

If you take a look a couple entries down, Tim talks about going to the Video Games Live concert in Los Angeles, CA that happened 9/21… or at least that I think it was… He said it was last Thursday. And last Thursday was 9/21. HELL, let me just see if I can find some info on it. YES… IT was indeed 9/21. WHO CARES.

By the way, if you would like to check out a Video Games Live concert, they have a website and you can buy TICKETS. Looks like they’re coming to Phoenix… interesting… very interesting.

ANYWAYS. Playing at the show on Thursday, 9/21, was none other than the guys (Clint Bajakian, Michael Land, and Peter McConnell) who created the iMuse system that is used in many of our well loved Scumm games, including Monkey Island and Grim Fandango.

You can take a glimpse of one of the songs the guys played here:

I don’t know, but I don’t think video taping concerts is legal. I LOVE ILLEGALNESS. YES.
