Sam and Max: Episode THREE…

Yes… yes… I know, I was gone far too long, but I had reasons! I TOOK ANOTHER VACATION. Aren’t vacations awesome? Well, except besides spending all that money on food. OH MAN. I don’t think I’m going to eat for at least the next 3 weeks.

You know what’s great about going on vacation, though? When you get back, there is ALL SORTS OF NEWS that one must sort through and make sense of. But, I do love it when there is some news to tell. Without news, what would I be? An empty adventuress with broken dreams and a reality filled with loneliness. And what kind of life is that?

Now… for the news!

According to The International House of Mojo, Sam and Max episode 3, currently has some screenshots up. The name of this episode is dubiously titled The Mole, The Mob and the Meatball. Alliteration at it’s finest, I would say… except… it’s not really alliteration. It just has three words in it that start with the same letter. I guess it’s kinda like alliteration. I don’t know. I’m just a computer programmer without a care in the world.

Here’s a little taste of what is to come:

The commissioner is looking into an underground operation at the Ted E. Bear Mafia-Free Playland and Casino, but the mole he sent in has suddenly gone quiet. To find the mole, Sam & Max must infiltrate the operation and become members of the Toy Mafia themselves.

Yes… this sounds fascinating. And speaking of the “commissioner”, why don’t we ever get to see him? Is he kind of like the dude on Charlie’s Angels that we never get to see? Well, I know one thing is for certain, Sam and Max are definitely not the Angels. They’re just a dog and rabbit… working together to torment the world.

Watch out Sam and Max… his head is pink and that’s never good.

This episode is slated to come out in February 2007, which is a mere couple of weeks away. My heart longs for ye, dear Sam and Max.

This guy scares the crap out of me. He reminds me of the animatronics things you find at those pizza places. Scary.
