New TellTale game announced

Man, TellTale Games sure does got a lot of work on its plate. Today, Ubisoft announced that a new CSI game will be coming out and it will, of course, be developed by the pride and joy of the adventure gaming world, TellTale Games.
TellTale developed the last CSI game, 3 Dimensions of Murder (which I heard wasn’t all that great… but whatev!), and released it last spring to the awe of millions and billions. The game is to be titled CSI: Hard Evidence and apparently there is some evidence in this game that is hard. I bet it’s going to be a bowling ball or maybe a diamond. Those are pretty hard, you know. A bowling ball for evidence would be great, especially if it was a bowling ball which had C4 stuck to the side of it and then the bad guy bowled it into the middle of a circus tent filled with midgets. That would be the coolest game ever. Oh, and what would be even better is if they released elephants into the middle of the tent to stomp out the midgets who were on fire. MASS HYSTERIA.
Here is a small piece of the article:
The composition of fart gas is highly variable.
Seriously… that was in the article.
Oh, alright… here’s a real piece of it:
Players will join Gil Grissom, Catherine Willows and the rest of the Las Vegas cast to help solve crimes using realistic techniques and lab equipment. CSI: Hard Evidence features forensic reconstructions and atmospheric crime scenes taken directly from the television show, including an all-new garage lab for analyzing large evidence such as cars and boats, improved evidence gathering, review and lab mini-games, and more areas to explore, resulting in longer play experiences.
This will be the fifth CSI game and is expected to be out in Spring 2007.
You’d better get busy TellTale. If there are any interruptions in my Sam and Max game play experience, I’ll go postal. Seriously. Just remember the C4 bowling ball. Yeah… that’ll be your doom.

Hmmm… Sam and Max will not be interrupted, but what about them lovely Bones?

I was thinking about that, too. Not sure why I didn’t add it into my rambling commentary. Well, this will just teach people to read the comments.

As has been mentioned elsewhere, the team who was largely responsible for producing the first two bone episodes is the same group of people who are now making Sam & Max - and have been since literally the day after the Great Cow Race shipped.
The other half of Telltale’s office, the half that made CSI 3 Dimensions of Murder, was almost immediately conscripted to start work on CSI: Hard Evidence as soon as CSI: 3 was out the door.
If we had a spare, bonus unlockable third dev team laying around there somewhere, maybe they would have been working on Bone alongside the other two totally-booked teams, but as it was, Ubisoft wanted another CSI game, and the world wanted more Sam & Max, and then we were full up.
You’ll be hearing more about Bone after Sam & Max season 1 is out the door and that team has a minute to breathe! :)

Wow! Jake, thanks for all the info! I likes what I hear.
Wouldn’t it be nice if life had lots of bonus areas that you could unlock? Oh, I opened a secret door and BAM… ONE MILLION DOLLARS.
Oh, I would love that.

Of course I would! I couldn’t spend a million dollars by myself, you know.
