It has been a long time coming - A Vampyre Story gets tentative release time
It’s been a long time since we first heard about the new vampire adventure game, A Vampyre Story. Actually, according to this post I wrote, it’s been nearly two dang years. But, there is good news for those people who have been waiting ever so paitently for the new game by ex-Lucasarty, Bill Tiller, and his company Autumn Moon. And that good news is that it looks like we have a tentative release date for sometime in the summer of this year!
Not bad… not bad at all. According to this post over at The International House of Mojo, Bill Tiller has been wandering about on the Autumn Moon forums and has been telling folks that the game is in a “bug fixing and scripting stage”, so that can only be good news for us.
The game will more than likely be published in Germany first, with other European countries getting their release dates as Autumn Moon secures more publishing deals. The US hasn’t gotten a publisher yet, but it sounds like Autumn Moon is hopeful that they will.
I can’t wait!
