Gamasutra Feature on Indigo Prophesy

It has been a slow news week this week, so I’ve had to search HIIIIIGH… and I have searched loooooow to find something some what INTERESTING to publish here on my beautiful blog site. And I have found something of such interest that I am sure that you will be enthralled for WEEKS. Maybe even months!! Or who knows??? YEARS!!!!?
Alright. I’m a liar.
What I have isn’t like… super exciting or anything, but it’s semi-interesting.
I found a feature on Gamasutra on a game I reviewed in days long passed, called Indigo Prophesy.

This is what I do to all people who oppose the Adventuress.
That game was so awesome, man!
Now, the feature talks about how a game like Indigo Prophesy had never been done before… ever. And how it was a really hard sell for the Indigo Prophesy team, because since it had never been done before, publishers were afraid to even fun it. They finally found a publisher, though. Yay! The guy who writes the article, David Cage, was a game designer and writer for the game. He goes into detail about how he tied the game together by getting players emotionally involved with all the characters, the use of narration in the game, using different answers to solve a problem and based upon these answers, the games change and a bunch of other cool stuff.
So, if you are a fan of Indigo Prophesy and want to hear what the man, David Cage, has to say about it, check it out here.
