Falling can be hard…
Yes, I know I have been MIA lately… that’s because I suck… but furthermore, it’s because news has been scarce on the gamer front. You see… Adventure games… they ain’t as popular as I may have lead you to believe. Please don’t hate me.
BUT… My homey Matt over at FPS Rantings has shown me the way and the way is to this new adventure game that be comin’ out soon called Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. It looks pretty awesome. Let’s take a look at what we can find here:
Okay… on the first page, we see a creepy looking guy in a hood with the obligatory scars (because quite frankly you CAN’T wear a hood without scars. It’s just not cool) and then some weird looking goth chick with a staff and a hot little hussie. When I check to see what the game is about, I see it takes place in 2219. Why is there a goth chick with a staff? Shouldn’t they have like… laser staffs and stuff? That would make way more sense. And maybe a flying monkey… because we could all use a flying monkey.
There is a pretty sweet looking trailer that they put up, but I can’t give you a link, because they use a crazy assed Flash website. How am I suppose to work like this?! So, just click on Media and then Audio Video and all your dreams will come true… Well, not your real dreams, but the Dreamfall dreams.
And the best part of this game is that it will be for the XBox AND PCs. Which is good, because I’m a loser without an XBox… Or a pc… Or…. A… thingie.
Not that you needed to know that.
