Broken Sword 4 coming to the US (and Canada, too)
Let’s step away from the TellTale news for awhile. I’m sure you’re sick of hearing about it. Not that I’m sick of writing about it, but the front page does kind of look boring with all the talk of TellTale and Sam & Max and bondage.
Wait, there was no mention of bondage anywhere on this page. I have tricked myself again! I am tricky!
It has been announced, after a long long wait for the greatness that is Broken Sword, that Broken Sword 4 - The Angel of DEATH by Revolution Software, will finally be coming to the great continent of North America. Well, I don’t know if it’s going to Mexico… I would assume not, as the game isn’t in Spanish… YET. But us Americans and Canadians will be able to buy it come February.

The fourth installment of the acclaimed series by Revolution once again casts players in the dual roles of wisecracking American George Stobbart and plucky French journalist Nico Collard. Taking place a year after the events of Broken Sword 3, when a beautiful woman with an ancient manuscript and plenty of enemies enters George’s life, a new globetrotting adventure full of danger, romance, humour, and of course grand conspiracies begins again
Globetrotting? Is that anything like the Globetrotters?! I LOVE THEM. They’re so cool with the basketballs and stuff.

Don’t get overexcited dear… It’s not such a great game really. Oh, it’s the bondage thing… Right.

I couldn’t bring myself to play it, I love Revolution and I loved the first two Broken Swords, but I couldn’t even get through the demo for Angel of Darkness. Why oh why can’t you click through speech? To have to listen to the same inane comments over and over and not be able to click past them is very annoying…
