A New Venue For Psychonauts
According to Double Fine’s Action News page, which actually does have A LOT of action (notice the exploding cars at the very top) and A LOT of news, currently has a very new interesting news topic.
Disguised as a complaint e-mail that a potential Psychonauts customer sent to Double Fine, the customer complains that HE CAN’T FIND PSYCHONAUTS ANYWHERE EVER IN ANY STORE THAT HE’S EVER LOOKED AT. And he’s crying inside because he can’t get his Psychonauts fix. Okay, I may be embellishing a little bit on the e-mail, but that’s basically what it said… in summation. Or something.
Anyways… Tim Schafer, or one of his many minions, responded to the very angry e-mail by saying, “Hey, don’t sweat it… we’ve got an awesome solution for you!”
Apparently Double-Fine is going to be offering Psychonauts up for download for a mere $19.99! Well, at least I think it’ll be going for $19.99. The official announcement from Double Fine’s retailer of choice, Steam hasn’t actually announced anything about Psychonauts yet, but I’m hopeful. BUT, most of their newer games are going for $19.99, so it’s not far of a stretch.
Just don’t hold me to it… That’s what The International House of Mojo thinks, too. IT JUST MAKES SENSE.
